Does DueDocs calculate my taxes or manage my budget?
No. DueDocs organises the evidence you may need later. It is not an accounting, budgeting, tax-filing, or bank-sync product.
Does AI save document details automatically?
Never. AI extraction is optional, and every suggestion stays in review until you check and save it.
How are different currencies handled?
DueDocs keeps the original currency and shows separate totals for each currency. It never converts or combines them.
Can I get reminders without uploading a document?
Yes. Subscription and custom reminders can be created manually. Warranty reminders can be linked to an invoice or entered on their own.
Who can see my documents?
Only you. Your categories, documents, reminders, and exports are isolated per account, and original files stay in private storage behind short-lived authorised links.
What file types can I upload?
Scan with your camera or upload photos and PDFs. Whichever way you add a document, you review and confirm the details before anything is saved.
Can I get my data out if I stop using DueDocs?
Yes. Export any folder as a CSV summary plus the original files, packaged as a zip you can keep or move elsewhere.
Is DueDocs a native app or a website?
It's a web app you can also install to your home screen (a Progressive Web App) — there's no separate App Store or Play Store download.
What happens to my documents if I delete my account?
Deletion is permanent after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel the request. Once it completes, your documents, files, reminders, and warranties are all removed.
